✨What I learned from eating cookies, pizza, cinnamon rolls, AND burritos this week...⁣ ⁣ I actually learned a long time ago, you have two options after having some days of flexibility in nutrition:⁣ ⁣ 1️⃣Feel guilty⁣ 2️⃣View it as extra energy + simply a part of enjoying life⁣ ⁣ Sure, you COULD feel guilty... ⁣ ⁣ Or you could view these extra treats as energy to fuel some great workouts in this next week. ⁣ ⁣ 👉🎙I love this Parks & Rec clip, because Andy’s outlook is so simple and refreshing. ⁣ ⁣ There’s always a reason to get down on yourself, but you can just flip it into opportunity for great things ahead. ⁣ ⁣ Certainly, pizza, candy, and cookies aren’t the most nutritious options day in and day out.⁣ ⁣ However, if you build consistent, healthy habits to create a lifestyle with nutrition, it’s so much easier to view the flexible times as some temporary extra energy instead of guilt ridden mistakes. ⁣ ⁣ ✔️Eating food you love is a part of enjoying life. ⁣ ⁣ A few days of treats isn’t what you should be worried about… What actually matters is your consistency the rest of the year with making healthy choices.⁣ ⁣ How you react to flexible times in your nutrition will make all the difference in your mindset to be healthy AND enjoy life to the fullest. ⁣ ⁣ 💛Hope you enjoyed delicious food this week and can now use that extra energy to crush some great workouts!⁣ #thedailykelsey⁣ ⁣ 📷 gordonly
