you know…
Some people will literally find any reason to tear you down. Even if you’ve never done a single thing wrong to them. I won’t pretend like I have some insightful piece of advice for this. I don’t. I won’t act like I haven’t experienced depressive moments and a lot of tears over this happening to me personally. I have. What I will share is what I do know, but what I also have to convince myself of to make it hurt less…
Hurtful humans hurt other humans.
Humans hurt other humans because they see a threat.
The things that people do to you, say to or about you, or the vibrations they send your way, says more about them than it does about you. Whether those things are good or bad.
When someone hurts you, it’s not about you. It’s about them.
They may dislike themselves, so they project that onto you.
They may have low empathy or self respect, causing them to have a different perspective, maybe not realizing what they did has hurt you.
They may literally have an agenda. They may try to weaken you to gain power over something.

I think if we can understand why we were hurt by someone or allowed ourselves to feel hurt, if we believe and remember these things above, then maybe it’ll hurt just a little less when it happens. Maybe we can learn something in the process of exploring our experiences, even, mostly the dark ones. I hope this helps… 💔
