145lbs for a new bench PR!!! This bench press ladder is working wonders for gains! I attempted this weight a little over a month ago and failed…hard work and persistence always pays off! My butt came off the bench slightly so a repeat is in order for next week. I’m slowly coming for that 150lb press!
