First day back under the bar in what feels like forever. Was a bit anxious as to how things would feel, but am happy with how it all moved.
In Austin this past weekend I ate all the food, everything was delicious but much richer than what I normally eat. And because of that the scale was up 3lbs from when I left to when I got back. Kind of rocks you initially, back back on track with nutrition and hydration and I’m back to within 0.5lbs pre Austin.
Starting a new block this week, excited to see where it takes me!
