Treat every rep the same, from empty barbell to max weight. This is something I have always struggled with (mainly in the overhead lifts like snatch and jerk) because as it starts to get heavy I start thinking way too much and begin trusting my body less, usually resulting in early pulls and forward misses. So, this is something I am continuously working on. I really appreciated a post by whiteboard_daily on this recently, and have been trying to think of a couple cues prior to approaching the bar, visualizing myself doing it, and then clearing my mind when I approach the bar and trusting my instincts. πŸ“Έb.a.w_media πŸ‘šπŸ‘–fleo πŸ‘Ÿ velaasa
