A recycled flexin selfie bc we won’t be taking a new one for a hot minute🥲 Its only been 3 days and I am already losing my mind not being able to move around a lot or bend down. It sucks but like with anything we’ll get through it. Recovery really shouldn’t be too long which has me excited! It’s nice that I’ll be able to pour some more energy into coaching in the meantime😌
