It’s that weird in between week. The week where no one really knows what day it is. The week everyone is kind of in a limbo between 2021 and 2022. The week where people feel guilty about all of the Christmas goodies they had. It’s also the week that people start making plans for 2022. They start setting goals, making resolutions, and counting down the days until “it” all begins. — And while it is a weird week & the days get a little confusing, there’s no reason to feel guilty about Christmas. And there’s no reason to wait for the New Year to get back on track. — Every day you put yourself and your goals first is one day closer to accomplishing them. I decided about 2 weeks ago to start tracking my food & adding in some cardio for health purposes. And then these last 3 days I have eaten EVERYTHING I wanted. And I don’t regret it 😅 But Monday it’s back on track. — I could say fuck it and just do whatever for the rest of the week/holidays, but then I’m that much further from my goal. It’s not about being perfect every day. But it’s about being consistent most of the time. — So make sure your meals are prepped, you gym bag is packed, and your water bottle is full. And let’s finish these last 5 days of 2021 strong and get ready to accomplish everything you want in 2022 🙌🏼 — fortisfitnessstudio #progressnotperfection #consistency #squat #bench #deadlift #sbd #uspa #uspapower #uspamississippi #powerlifting #powerliftingmotivation #worldpowerliftingusa #strongissexy #liftheavy #girlswhopowerlift #gwpl #fortisfitnessstudio #redefiningstrong #fortispowerlifting #fleoshorts #powerliftingmadethisbody #masscast
