Body Image Freedom 🙌🏽 👏🏽Accept and embrace your body type  If we all trained and ate the same we would still all look different. Fitness goals should focus on YOUR body being its best. 👏🏽Stop comparing Stop comparing yourself to friends, family and women on social media. Comparison steals our ability to be proud of OUR body. Replace comparison with gratitude. 👏🏽Don’t feed unrealistic expectations   Captions like get a “pre-baby body back” and “beach body” are indented to be click bait not actually help or serve your health. 👏🏽Stop criticizing other women bodies  Cut the negative comments on other women’s bodies, clothes and eating choices. Mind yo business. 👏🏽Fear of getting ‘Bulky’  Perpetuating the narrative of muscles being ‘manly’ can stop women from lifting weights and embracing strength. Newsflash getting “bulky” is way harder than you think. Also, muscles are sexy as hell. 📸 hayleyochophoto
