I read a quote somewhere on the gram that said something along the lines of…
“People say they would die for their children, but how many would live a healthy lifestyle for them?”
For many, their kids are the reason they choose to be the best version of themselves. So that they can not only lead an example of what it’s like to be healthy and active, but so that they themselves are staying as healthy and possible.
It’s never too late to start implementing small changes that lead to a healthier lifestyle.
One thing I started doing about 3 years ago was going on daily walks, and it’s something I’ve been pretty consistent about. I try and walk 2-3 miles per day.
What small habits have you incorporated? Or what do you want to be able to start doing? Why not start now.
