You can’t bulk for 2 months & expect your body comp to drastically change!! Team bulk or team cut? I’m taking on my bulk for a whole year & here’s why👇🏼 Increase muscle mass Increase metabolism Helps balance hormones Get to eat more Not food focused Eat more intuitively The longer you get your body to eat more and have it really understand that you’re eating 2400+ calories CONSISTENTLY your body will respond so much better to a cut. Last year I did a 4 month bulk and my body comp did change, but if I were to go back I wish I could have bulked for at least 8 months. Really getting uncomfortable, but doing it for the dream body comp I wanted to get. The longer you train hard and eat hard your body will be lean & shredded way faster. The more muscle you get on your body the more calories your body burns… meaning the more you get to eat!! Who doesn’t want that😍 I’ve been eating around 2300+ calories since august & have been eating 2500+ calories since December. During those times I got my period back (happy hormones), Havent been food focused & have a balanced lifestyle. I plan on continuing this bulk till the next year and when I cut down it’s going to be crayy. I have also been more INTENTIONAL about my lifts. Drop the ego, drop the weight & really using mind muscle connection with every lift… been a game changer. When summer comes around I may feel fluffy compared to last summer, but reminding myself it’s TEMPORARY & there’s a purpose to it will be worth it! Reminder: adding muscle takes TIME, CONSISTENCY & FOOD!! Make your goal a year long not 2 months! Are you bulking? Cutting? Don’t know what that is and are trying to get toned/add more muscle and lose more fat?
