Everything worth having is earned not given!
You can drive to the gym everyday for a year, but if you never go inside and do the work you won’t get the results.
You can’t be upset about the results you didn’t get from the work you didn’t do!
If I show up at a powerlifting meet and I don’t make weight or I don’t get the lifts I wanted, I have no one to blame but myself. That’s why I had this printed on a banner for my gym “Everything Earned, Nothing Given”.
