We endure a little bit of suffering for the ones who gave it all. Murph is such a mental grind for me, but I just repeat to myself “not about me, but for them” the entire workout and it always gets me through. Thank you will never be enough.❤️
Somebody remind me next year that I said I’m not wearing a vest 😵💫🫠😂 I did PR my time for the 4th year in a row (not that it matters 😅), but it’s nice to see I’m getting “fitter” even with these giraffe limbs.🙂🦒 Until next year Murph! Maybe I’ll work on my push-ups this year 😜
