I’ve needed a little break from social media and content creation this last week (or two).
I’m not sure if its all the arguing, bashing, and hate that is on here lately, making a long road trip with a 1 and 3 year old, being away from home and routine for six days, being up past midnight 3 of those days, or just being on vacation in general and allowing my mind and body to fully relax.
But, a break was/is needed and I made it happen.
This app is hard sometimes for a lot of reasons and as a creator, a provider of information, carrying a platform and taking up space in front of alot of eyes - it’s important to me to show up as my genuine self BUT only with as much as I have to give at that time.
As I was back home in my routine today for the first time in a week, the planning and creating wheels started turning again and I have some great stuff in the works for you in the coming weeks 😛💪🏽
