As the 2023 CrossFit Open comes to an end I look back to where I was. Around this time last year, I was lost in many ways than I could explain… BUT what matters now is the realization that I am in control of a lot of things in life… my attitude, my energy, and who I surround myself with…. And YOU can do it too 👏
I am proud and thankful for everyone who has helped me on this journey, I couldn’t have done it without you all! HUGE shoutout to my coach camcurrie_ and to base3fitness for helping me elevate in ways I couldn’t imagine possible. The 2024 season starts now 👏
