Happy International Women’s Day.
I discovered weightlifting at one of the lowest points of life and I’ve never looked back. The journey I’ve been on since then has brought me so many beautiful, strong, inspiring, admirable, resilient, courageous and amazing women that I now call friends 💕.
In addition, it made me appreciate those already in my life - mainly my mom ♥️
