Just like that my First Quarterfinals is in the books! Had some fun working out with my people and jumped up a few spots from where I finished in the open!
Year 2 of CrossFit has been a pleasant surprise in comparison to my first. I finished in the 77th percentile in the 2022 open and just a year later finished in the 92nd percentile. As always I couldn’t do it without the people crossfit_313 that push me every day and my awesome wife for allowing me to run with my recent addiction to the sport.
Lastly all of the people in this picture are bad asses and deserve the highest praises for the work that they put in on the 5 tests they completed this weekend. ✌🏻 Out Open/QF SZN 2023
