Fast forward to Femme Fatale III
Added some kilos to my bench during recovery, and slowly but surely my back and hip got better. Last thing to do was get back on that platform and feel confident again.
This meet was the perfect setup for that, with a kickass meet director powerlifting_mama cheering on the sidelines and surrounded by all the ladies lifting extra heavy. I felt like myself again and shuttersportproductions captured that 💜💜💜
