Part of the journey is learning to face your challenges with an open mind for growth. I haven't gone into anything this year with a winning mindset. Instead I've raced with an open notebook in my head writing down notes for my future self.
I'm enjoying taking this year to experience different kinds of hurt. I'm finding where I want to be and who I want to be as an athlete. I'm finding what I want to train for and where my intention lies.
But now it's time to set down the drawing board, put the notes together, and complete the plan of action. LFG.
