Long answer: It’s what we do consistently that matters; 1-2 weeks off for whatever reason won’t “ruin” your progress. Honestly neither will 3 weeks, but we have to be mindful of our choices, too, if our progress and journey is important to us!
Plan ahead and take care of yourself (even if it’s not your usual routine)!
How to stay on track while traveling or taking a forced break:

⭐️Stay very hydrated
⭐️Get a day pass at a local gym
⭐️Go for a run around the neighborhood
⭐️Download bodyweight workouts or a l no equipment plan
⭐️Schedule more activity into your day (like going for a hike, biking instead of taking a taxi, etc)
