For this reason, along with many others, I love competing. I thrive off of being challenged to new levels. At this comp, I never had been on a team of 4, I never had to run an 800m together holding a jump rope at a pace I normally would not run 😅, I never thought I could rep out 225 deadlifts touch n go for 8 reps or do 25+ reps unbroken toes to bar while fatigued, until I had to do it at this comp.
When you challenge yourself, that's when you see what your really made of. Your progress comes only when you step out of your comfort zone.
