Yesterday @thefloydleg tagged along with @PracticeSpace to explore the Cranbrook campus with Reed Kroloff, the director of The #Cranbrook Academy of Art. The campus is located 30 minutes from Downtown #Detroit, and sits on 319 acres of land. Cranbrook holds a significant place in the history of #furniture design: Charles #Eames first began designing furniture here. The campus is described as “one of the most enchanted architectural settings in America," with designs by Eliel #Saarinen, his son Eero Saarinen, Steven Holl and Tod Williams.
