Ugh. This is hard. I spent most of my day sitting here at my bathroom vanity, aka home office, trying to plan out the rest of this sales season. What I had hoped to at least avoid until mid January, finally hit the Morrison home. Lu tested positive for Covid this morning (she has NOT been in contact with customers or any of the staff) , so our family is going to be in quarantine for the next 10-14 days...or however long it takes. This means our already spread thin staff just became even smaller and our remaining team will be carrying a very heavy load for the next couple weeks. We’re going to take things day by day just like we have been for the past 9+ months and the girls will be doing their very best to work together to help all of you to the best of their abilities while juggling the obstacles that will come with Lucy and I not there. We knew this day was probably going to come eventually in our little world. After a team call tonight it’s clear they’re number one priority is being there for each other and for you through this. Please know there will be days that our hours may be off or that we will have to close completely for a day (at the most I pray). I want to ask that, during these last couple weeks in December, a little extra grace be given if we’re less than what you expect from us. The team is thrown off by this and mistakes will happen. We’re better together and when anyone is out, let alone two of us, we are not whole. Our social media will look different as Liv will be covering the sales floor a little more. I’ll be responding from home to our messages so please don’t hesitate to reach out! I will love it! We will continue to do this until it just becomes too much for us as a team and it’s time to bow out for a little awhile. And if that time comes, we will know we gave it our 110% right up until the end. ♥️ We love you. Thank you for all you’ve done for us and been to us in 2020 and we can not wait to experience 2021 with you!
