Our founder, Megan, was inspired by her maternal grandmother, Marsha Folk, and L’or (French for gold). The name Folklor was born.
From Megan 🗣: “each story brings me closer to her, as I absorb knowledge of my family through her storytelling; her golden pieces collected through life are the projector, and the stories connected to each piece are the film.
As we become more connected to the past, we become more conscious of the future.”
