As the water subsides and the clean-up continues vouchers and prepaid Visa/Mastercards are really useful for the communities to get back on their feet, and purchase what is needed, when it is needed. Also vouchers for whitewoods (e.g. Harvey Norman) are also useful over the coming weeks/months.
