In the last 2 years I've made more decisions with my heart than I have in my whole life. "Follow your heart" ? - it sounds so simple & like only good things could come from this path, right?

But this has been the rockiest, most painful path I've ever been on. In the process, I was the monster who left & set off a life-changing crisis for someone I loved, I suffered from week-long migraines, I was dumped abruptly by my partner in the same week my ex-husband told me he was moving in with his new partner, I lost most of my best friends & generally felt more alone & out of control than ever in my adult life.

Yet, this has also been the most beautiful path I've ever been on. ?✨ I allowed myself to be swept away by a sweet man who, last year, brought me to tears with the most perfect-for-me Valentine's Day I'd ever had. ?? I feel sunshine on my face regularly now. ☀️? ...
