This narrative = ✨✨ "When I ordered I intended it to be a reminder of everything I've overcome. I was in an incredibly abusive marriage for years, finally finding the strength to claw my way out of that very dark hole taught me how to finally love myself. Truly love myself, flaws and all. It is ironic that the ring arrived today. This morning I flew out of bed, and ended my first relationship post divorce. I spent the last year thinking that because he wasn't abusive our relationship was "normal" and for awhile I was happy. Reality is, he never treated me very well either. Life was great, as long as our relationship revolved around his needs and making his life easier. I found myself lost in his life, detached from my own yet again. Today, I stood my ground. I chose ME. I walked away because I deserve better. Unwrapping the beautiful package I received from Fred + Far today just helped me reaffirm that.
