FTJCo is open by appointment from Tuesday through Sunday, 11-5 pm. We can sometimes accommodate walk-ins as well, but we love to know in advance when you’re coming by to ensure we have a dedicated salesperson to assist you during your visit. A typical engagement ring or wedding band appointment takes about 45 minutes. At your appointment you can browse our Ready to Wear collection and try things on. Our team will show you various ring designs and gemstone or diamond options that match your style and fit within your budget. At the end of the appointment we’ll send you an estimate for your project, and production will begin once you pay a 50% deposit. Our typical production timeline is 6-8 weeks, depending on the project’s complexity. If you’re on a tight timeline, we offer rush services for an additional cost. 😌👌
