Black is often a gemstone colour people want. We think it is a very cool colour (or absence of colour for the designers out there). Black diamonds are actually a really tough product to source responsibly. Traditionally they are thought of as 'less than ideal' goods. Because the industry turned their nose up at them for so long, they are behind in the mine-of-origin game. We can currently source post-consumer and vintage black diamonds.
