GOING A LITTLE GAGA • that’s me over these cookies ?Today I used:⠀
1 Pkt Chocolate Crackle No Bake Slice Mix ⠀
+ 1 tsp Baking Power⠀
+ 1/2 tsp Peppermint Flavouring⠀
+ 90g Golden Syrup⠀
+ 45g Coconut Oil ⠀
1. Melt the Coconut Oil and Golden Syrup together⠀
2. Mix it all together ⠀
3. Scoop biscuit size spoons of the mix onto a lined baking tray⠀
4. Bake on the low shelf of the preheated over, at 180⠀
5. Allow to cool on baking rack and then store in container in the fridge ⠀
