There’s a national park filled with weird spiky trees that don’t exist anywhere else. There’s a national park with a cave that’s home to more than a quarter of a million bats. There’s a national park that’s basically a waterfall wonderland and one with rocks that are 2 billion years old. ⠀

It’s not about politics, it’s about the beautiful idea of protected wilderness. ⠀

Over the past year our national parks have been subject to dirty energy projects like oil and gas drilling- which negatively effect tons of plants and animals.⠀
