What happpens to worn out shoes and car tires at the end of their lifecycle? They often become landfill, never really breaking down, destined to sit in a pile on this earth for millenia. In this case.. they become a more environmentally sustainable approach to griptape and EVA foam. Featured as a replacement to virgin materials, and prominently on kids boards to get them thinking about what happens to things when we’re done using them mearly on.
We have partnered with @treadlightly.asga to further our rubber recycling efforts into the future, where post-consumer waste like used footwear is being recycled into materials that can be used on products like our Rubber Grip Skateboards. Hit our link in bio to find out more !
