Summer salad at its finest! Spinach, chickpeas, fresh figs, goat cheese and @glorybeefoods artisan fermented honey. Wow! So much flavor.⠀

It's made from honey, honey vinegar, and green tea. The consistency is thin, like vinegar and it has the tang of vinegar too. Not what I expected but I like it. I think it would be awesome with some GF baquettes. ⠀
