Ingredients
4 eggs
1 Cup Aunt Patty’s Organic Almond Butter
3/4 Cup GloryBee Organic Honey
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 Cup sifted coconut flour
1/2 Cup raisins
Aunt Patty’s Organic Agave Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease a baking sheet.
Beat eggs, Aunt Patty’s Organic Almond Butter, GloryBee Organic Honey, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl. Sift coconut flour into the egg mixture while continually stirring. Fold raisins into the mixture. Drop mixture by the spoonful onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 14 minutes. Cool cookies slightly on sheet before moving to a rack to cool completely.
Dust with Aunt Patty’s Organic Agave Powder for a festive look
