Shredded Paper
Soy Wax
Melt soy wax in a double boiler. Place cupcake papers in a muffin tin (one you don't want to use for baking again). Fill each cup with shredded paper, and pour melted wax into each cup. Add more shredded paper so that there is plenty of shredded paper sticking up out of the wax. *Use these fire starters for CAMPFIRES ONLY.
