I must say this is the most unexpected and random pic I have taken in my life. I was doubting if posting it here, but it went sort of viral on Reddit some days agoβ¦ so why not π (and I adore rainbow flags π ).
π§π΅π² πππΌπΏπ π―π²π΅πΆπ»π± ππ΅πΆπ π½πΆπ°πππΏπ². I took my 35 mm (I had already mounted on it urth CPL filter), just to shoot the amazing pretty clouds over the Atlantic Ocean. I couldnβt believe my eyes when the rainbow appeared after turning the filter. There is a scientific explanation for this: itβs simply the combination of the window coating with the filter polarization and the ocean water (called birefringence). Well I hope you will appreciate this little trick. Do you want to try next time? π
