Pre owned, shows signs of use and light wear but in good working condition. Phone works but some numbers you have to push a little harder than others. Phone cord is missing. Phone is also slow, so be patient. Radio and alarm clock work. I do not know if cassette player works as I do not own and tapes, last time it was used though cassette player worked.
