Please read and maybe buy a t-shirt for a good cause: Hello, I have a friend of mine that is really sick. She was diagnosed with a tumor on her L1 vertebrae. It is a bone eating tumor and as a result of it while undergoing tests at the hospital for her diagnosis her back broke as she got up to use the restroom. She lost all function and was paralyzed. Two very difficult emergency surgeries were done to remove the tumor and we are happy to say it was successful. She now has a metal rod in her spine and has a long road of rehab and recovery ahead of her. She is a mother of 3, the youngest being just 7 weeks old.
