I haven't posted a How To tutorial on my blog in a while, but today I thought I would share my secret to filling out tassels. Just follow the link in my bio. I learned after a lot of trial and error, and searching for an answer, that unless you use a fiber such as roving, it's difficult to get a tassel to have more volume in the skirt than it does in the cap. I've got a secret that makes that possible and now I love adding tassels to my weaves!
