This weave was inspired by the summer mountains and the waves that I am longing for! I very rarely create pieces that have triangles in them, but the organic lines made sure that each triangle was a little bit different. I have always wanted to travel to the countries with tall peaks like Machu Picchu and my interest in their textiles snuck its way into this wall hanging in the form of tweed and salmon sari silk.
