OK, cards on the table. I have a tendency to think people over complicate just about everything. I'm not sure why, but I seem to have special vision for Waffle and Fluff. Strategy is no different. So many people don't have a strategy document of any kind. Brand strategy, Ops strategy, marketing strategy etc. ⠀
Why??? Because they are long boring useless bloody documents... But they don't have to be if you look beyond the "text book" stuff. ⠀
