I went for a prison style workout in a park in Ivano Frankivsk this morning and this 75 year old man was doing pull-ups, push-ups and went for a swim to finish his workout. I asked if I could take his picture so he posed and asked me to give the people of Toronto his love. This guy is my new hero.
