In late 2016 shortly after the passing of Dylan Rieder, an unknown artist dropped off this painting at @HUFNYC. He left no name or number - and only said, "I want you to have this." It's just one of the many Dylan-inspired art pieces that his fans have created. And we know there are so many more.
