I hope you have enjoyed the missions and learnt something along the way.
Being the last day I wanted to share my holistic view point of how I hope more people will view our wonderful world.
In my experience the best way to conserve our ecosystems and their resources, is to place value on them. If we value something we want it to be there tomorrow. So today I am going to take you through a day of ocean to plate. Where I apply my passion and knowledge of the ocean, to utilise a resource from it and share it in a wonderful meal that comes with a story and education of how this resource exists, can be used and of most importance, how to sustain it.
