Aweee, Gracias Ana! I'm grateful for your words & vision! When I started this journey of entrepreneurship in 1997, it was because I realized how the general market was not catering to the Latino/a audience, and It pushed me to create what I wanted to have for myself and others! I will never forget the feeling of being in In Style Magazine. It was like Eso!! We all have a magic within us to share! #Repost @laflowers ・・・ I have this thing for Latina designers and makers. If you know me well, you probably know that one of my dreams 15 years ago was to open a store in L.A. to showcase and sell products from indie Latin American designers. I envisioned myself visiting artisans in pueblos mágicos to discover the best and help them sell their products in the U.S. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Back then, a brick and mortar was really your only option and we know how prohibitive L.A. rentals are, so that dream stayed as a dream. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But, oh how I LOVE that now these entrepreneurial dreams are so easy to attain thanks to e-commerce and the digital tools at our disposal! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Today I celebrate all mujeres reaching for their dreams with a firm conviction that they have what it takes to make it happen. ? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This picture represents many of them! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ?
