"I spent so many years criticising my body and myself. And then I had children and then I saw this magnificent and powerful thing that my body could do. That my body could create something so beautiful. And that was beautiful. And what I produced was beautiful. And so by default I was beautiful. And that was such a powerful realisation for me."⠀
