I thought it was time to open up a little more and explain the 10 year journey from creating V-Oil to help get my body really ready to birth my daughter to what it evolved to. Just a heads up; I go a little deep in this video and I wasn’t even sure if I should share it. But then I realised that there is more than enough uncalled for shame around the most natural, normal and beautiful experience we can have that I felt called to share more. V-Oil has helped me in so many beautiful ways: to get to know my body better, to start to appreciate it more, it’s helped in birthing my daughters, its helped to ease the pain after birthing my daughters; it’s helped reduce the scar tissue that built up after birthing.
