We have no internet, no mobile data, no phone connection and sharing 1 weak hotspot with our neighbours.

3 members of our team have lost everything and are still at evacuation centres.
Other team members are still completely cut off by flood waters.
Some areas here have run out of water, there is no fuel and the supermarket shelves are empty.
We cannot get any fresh food.
Our warehouse is still surrounded by floodwaters and we can’t access it yet. Our HQ is still dry thankfully.
Once our team are safe and we can access our warehouse we’ll send out your orders. The couriers aren’t running anyway.
To make matters worse, IT’S RAINING AGAIN.
