Something that has been coming up in a lot of conversations recently is the idea of waiting seasons… what do we do with them? How do we wait well?
The thing about waiting is that it’s never easy but it’s also never wasted. I believe there is always something God has placed in our hands no matter how small. Sometimes it’s hard to see what we have been given if we are so focused on what others have and what we don’t. Everyone has something they are hoping for in their heart. What we do with those things is what counts. Waiting well isn’t stewarded in comparison, competition, or complacency but in leaning into what’s in front of you and who’s around you. It may take many nights in prayer , taking some time off social media, or opening up to some trusted friends to ignite that light, but there is always something God is developing in you. Promise comes before blessing. Give Him time for His story in your life to unfold.
“Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap.”
Ecclesiastes 11:4
