Did you know? Integria Healthcare’s quality system includes quality control (QC) testing up to five times through and after the production cycle.
From raw material to finished product, we test our goods before each manufacturing stage as well as after in our Stability Programme.
What might this look like?
1) Pre-shipment (sourcing) testing of raw material,
2) Raw material batch release testing,
3) In-production testing,
4) Finished product release testing, and
5) Stability testing (expiry validation - testing itself is done over a period of two to five years depending on shelf life).
Should any product fail any of our QC tests, we simply won’t sell it.
We hold ourselves to a high standard of quality and rigorous product testing is just one of the ways we achieve this.
