Chinese New Year is the longest and most important celebration in the Chinese calendar. Also called the Spring Festival, it marks the end of winter. The festival welcomes spring and what it brings: planting and harvests, new beginnings and fresh starts.
2021 is the year of the Ox. In Chinese culture, the Ox is a valued animal. Because of its role in agriculture, positive characteristics, such as being hardworking and honest, are attributed to it.
Our Integria Healthcare China office celebrates the festival by decorating the office with lanterns and posting the “FU” stick paper to the front door. This way, everyone entering the office will be blessed by the joy and luck that accompany the start of a new year.
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic situation, the team this year won’t be able to gather together to share a meal and laughter. But they do wish that through dedicated hard work and collaborative teamwork (just like the Ox), the new year will bring Integria Healthcare a successful 2021.
